light & love creative studio use high-quality Soy wax and Gel wax known for their clean burn, long-lasting performance, and eco-friendly properties.

2. Are your candles handmade?

Yes! Every candle is carefully handcrafted in small batches. From melting the wax to blending fragrances and centering each wick, we pay attention to every detail.

3. How long do your candles burn?

Burn time depends on the size of the candle, but most of our candles burn between 30–60 hours when properly cared for.

4. How can I make my candle last longer?

To get the best burn: Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting, keep the candle in a draft-free area, and limit burn sessions to 3-4 hours to prevent overheating

5. Are your candles safe?

Our candles are made with high-quality wax and fragrance oils. Always burn candles within sight, keep away from flammable objects, and keep out of reach of children and pets.

6. Do you offer custom or personalized candles?

Yes! We offer custom scents, labels, and designs for special events like weddings, birthdays, and corporate gifts. Contact us for details.

7. How long does shipping take?

Processing time typically takes 2–5 business days since each candle is handmade. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

8. What if my candle arrives damaged?

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours with photos, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement.

9. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items. Please reach out to us if you experience any issues.
